Privacy policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026. This is a plain-language template. Review it, and adjust it to match how you actually run the site (and local law) before you publish.

What stays on your device

Your tasks, bones, streaks, settings and any supporter key are stored in your browser (local storage). Dogodoro has no accounts and does not send your tasks or progress to any server. Clearing your browser data erases them. You can export or erase them from Settings, under Data.

Visit statistics

We use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics service to count visits and see which features are used (for example, that a focus session was completed). It does not receive your tasks or any personal information.

Ads

The intro page may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technology to show and measure ads, and to personalise them if you allow it. We ask for your choice before loading ads where required. The timer never shows ads. Supporters see no ads. You can learn how Google uses data from partner sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Payments

Supporter payments are handled by a third-party checkout service. We do not see or store your card details. We only check that a license key you enter is valid.

Contact and reports

If you send us a message, we receive what you type, your optional reply email and, if you tick the box, basic browser and settings information. We use it only to answer you and fix problems.
